Commodore
Outboard Boat Motors were manufactured, sold, shipped and distributed
by "The West Bend Co." an Outboard Manufacturer in Hartford Wisconsin,
for a period of 3 years, from 1962 through 1964.
West Bend was purchased by Chrysler Outboard Corp. in 1965 at which time they continued support for Commodore outboards, producing updated literature including operating Instructions and parts manuals.
Commodore outboard parts can be hard to find these days but common matching parts from other West Bend built outboard boat motors will often match up as replacement parts when making repairs or restoring these classic old boating relics.
