Outboard Boat Motors were manufactured, sold, shipped and distributed
by "West Bend Outboard Manufacturer" of Hartford Wisconsin, for a period
of 3 years, from 1962 through 1964.
West Bend was purchased by Chrysler Outboard Corp. in 1965 at which time they continued support for Commodore outboards, producing updated literature including operating Instructions and parts manuals.
Commodore outboard parts can be hard to find these days but common matching parts from Elgin and other West Bend built outboards will often match up as replacement parts for these old boating relics.
