WetBike Personal Watercraft Technical Details
The Original Spirit Marine Wetbike – “Hydrofoil Watercycle”
In 1978 parent company Arctco Inc. (Arctic Cat) attempted their first foray into the Water Sports market with its subsidiary Spirit Marine when they introduced the Wetbike personal watercraft which was produced along with several other companies and manufacturers up until 1992. It was marketed as the “Wetbike Watercycle” with platform skis, and propelled by a axial-flow waterjet drive unit.
